By accessing and using Wabio (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Wabio is a SaaS platform that allows users to create digital storefronts and facilitate commerce via WhatsApp. We provide the tools for store management, catalog hosting, and order generation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • Infringing upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
  • Uploading viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • Spamming, phishing, or crawling our Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wabio, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform.
