Seller Responsibilities

As a merchant on Wabio, you are responsible for the accuracy of your product information, pricing, and the fulfillment of orders generated through your storefront.

1. Product Guidelines

Merchants must ensure that all products listed on their Wabio storefront:

  • Are physically in your possession or you have a valid agreement with a supplier.
  • Contain accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and clear pricing.
  • Do not violate any local or international laws regarding restricted goods.

2. Prohibited Items

Wabio prohibits the sale of the following items:

Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
Firearms and weapons
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Adult content and pornography
Regulated financial products
Hazardous materials

3. Order Fulfillment & WhatsApp Etiquette

Since Wabio facilitates orders via WhatsApp, merchants are expected to maintain professional communication with customers. Response times should be reasonable, and order statuses should be updated promptly on the Platform.

4. Fees and Payments

Wabio provides SaaS tools for a subscription fee (where applicable). We do not currently process customer payments directly on behalf of merchants. All transaction payments occur between the buyer and merchant via their preferred payment method agreed upon via WhatsApp.

5. Termination

Wabio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any merchant account that violates these policies or engages in fraudulent activity without prior notice.
